What is MONOFLEX?
MONOFLEX is our patented and prefabricated ceiling system. The following components can be included in our MONOFLEX system: a structural grid, an electrical and med gas MONOTRACK system, HVAC trunk lines, lights (disinfecting lights are optional), diffusers, ultra-clean air systems, and a ceiling grid.
By doing 80% of the assembly in an offsite manufacturing facility, we are able to reduce the on-site labor and provide a complete operating room ceiling in less than 1/3 of the time it would take for a typical, stick-built system.
